Payment & Cancellation Policy
Upon receipt of written confirmation, an initial payment of 30% of the total amount must be made via bank transfer within 3 days. Once this payment is received, the reservation becomes binding for both parties. If payment is not received within this period, the lessor is no longer obligated to hold the reservation. The remaining balance of the rental fee must be paid prior to the start of the rental period.
In case the renter cancels the binding reservation, the following cancellation fees will apply:
• Up to 60 days before the rental start date: 30% of the rental charge
• From 59 to 15 days before the rental start date: 50% of the rental charge
• From 14 days before the rental start date: 100% of the rental charge
The confirmed reservation may be rebooked by the renter up to 30 days before the agreed rental start date, subject to availability of alternative dates. A €50 administration fee will apply per rebooking. Cancellation fees are always calculated based on the original confirmed reservation. Subsequent rebookings, if permitted, are only possible after cancellation according to the stated cancellation policy and the creation of a new booking.
A security deposit of €1,500 must be either transferred to our bank account along with the balance of the rental fee at least 21 days before the rental begins or provided by credit card upon vehicle collection. For short-term bookings made less than 21 days prior to the rental date, both the security deposit and the full rental charge are due immediately.
The security deposit will be refunded upon the return of the vehicle in proper condition. In the event that damage is confirmed, the related repair costs will be deducted from the security deposit based on the official repair quotation for the required service and replacement parts. If the vehicle needs to be transported for repair, any reasonable transfer costs, as well as any confirmed loss of rental days during the repair period, may also be deducted from the deposit.
Rental Charges Include:
- Fully comprehensive insurance with a maximum excess of €1,500 per damage claim
- Third-party liability insurance with unlimited coverage for property damage, fire, terrorist acts, personal injury, or death
- Unlimited mileage
- Routine maintenance and repairs due to normal wear and tear
- Gas and biodegradable toilet chemicals
Please note: Fuel and other running costs are the responsibility of the renter.

Traffic Violations & Fines
- The renter is fully responsible for all traffic violations, tolls, parking tickets, or fines incurred during the rental period.
- These responsibilities apply to the renter as well as any authorized drivers.
- The rental company bears no liability for such charges.
Procedure in the Event
of an Accident
- In the event of an accident, fire, theft, damage caused by animals, or any other incident resulting in damage, the renter is obligated to immediately contact the police and file an official report. Under no circumstances should the renter admit fault or accept claims made by third parties.
- The renter must also inform the rental company without delay, providing a detailed account of the incident. This must be done using the accident report form found among the vehicle’s documents, which must be completed accurately and thoroughly. This enables the rental company to meet its obligations in reporting the incident to the insurance provider.
Replacement Vehicle
• If the reserved vehicle is unavailable at the rental station, the lessor reserves the right to provide a vehicle of similar size and equipment, or a larger model. In such cases, no additional rental charges will be incurred by the renter.
• If a smaller vehicle is offered and accepted by the renter, the price difference between the reserved and the provided vehicle will be refunded.
• Please note that any additional costs resulting from the use of a larger vehiclesuch as increased ferry or toll fees, or higher operating expenses are the responsibility of the renter.
Rental Conditions & Important Information
• A valid driver’s license held for at least 3 years is required. The driver must be over 23 years old.
• Damage claims for faults existing before the contractual agreement was concluded and for which the rental company is not responsible will not be recognized.
• The vehicle may only be driven by the renter himself / herself and those drivers named in the rental agreement, insofar as they are of the legal minimum driving age and in possession of a driving license.
• The renter is required to record the names and addresses of all drivers to whom he/she gives the vehicle, including for any temporary period, and to inform the rental company of these on request. The renter is responsible for the actions of each driver, including his / her own.
• The renter is NOT permitted to use the vehicle: to take part in any motor sports events or vehicle tests; to transport flammable, poisonous or any other dangerous materials; to commit customs or any other criminal offenses, even if these are only punishable according to the law of the place where they were committed for subletting for other uses beyond and above the contractually agreed use, in particular on land not designed for driving.
• The vehicle is to be treated carefully, used for the purpose for which it is designed and to be duly locked. The regulations relating to se of the vehicle and technical rules are to be observed and maintenance intervals adhered to. The renter undertakes to carry out regular checks to ensure that the vehicle is in roadworthy condition.
Smoking, Sand, Pets & Shoes, House Rules
To ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all our guests, the following rules apply inside the vehicle:
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all interior areas of the vehicle.
Pets are not allowed inside the vehicle.
Entering the vehicle with sand or beach debris is prohibited. The renter is responsible for cleaning and removing any sand before entering the interior.
Wearing shoes in the living area is not permitted. Shoes may be worn only in the driver’s cabin.
Kitchen usage: pouring boiling water or food waste into the sink is strictly prohibited, as it may cause blockages or damage to the drainage system.
A €300 cleaning and maintenance fee will be charged for any violation of the above rules.
Rental Period, Return Policy & Additional Charges
Rental Duration & Daily Charges:
- Minimum Rental Period: 3 days throughout the year
- Rental charges are based on 24-hour periods, starting from 09:00 on the first day of the rental. The rental period includes the time from vehicle pick-up to vehicle return at the agreed location.
Collection, Return - The renter is required to participate in a thorough orientation session conducted by our staff at the collection point prior to the start of the rental. This session, which lasts approximately 1–2 hours, ensures the renter is fully familiar with the vehicle’s functions and features.
- Pick-ups and drop-offs are carried out at the company’s registered office on any working day during business hours, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Additional charges may apply for alternative arrangements.
• Return Time:
- The vehicle must be returned before 10:00 AM on the final day of the rental.
- Returns between 10:00 AM and 13:00 PM incur an additional fee of €50.
- Returns after 13:00 PM will be charged as an additional full rental day.
- In the event of late return, any claims for compensation from the next customer due to delivery delays will be passed on to the renter.
- Deliveries and receipts can be made outside working hours (20:00 pm – 08:00 am) or Sundays or public holidays, with an additional charge of € 70.
• One-Way Rentals: One-way rentals are available upon request and may incur an additional fee.
• Early Return: If the vehicle is returned before the agreed end date, the full rental amount as per the agreement remains payable, unless the vehicle can be re-rented for the remaining period.
• Extension of Use: Continued use of the vehicle beyond the agreed rental period does not constitute an automatic extension or conversion to an open-ended lease without the explicit consent of the lessor.
Return of Vehicle, Fault Reporting, and Transfer Restrictions
- The renter is required to return the vehicle in the same condition as documented at the start of the rental period.
- Any faults or damages discovered after the start of the rental must be reported to the rental office without delay.
- Faults or damage not documented in the written return checklist cannot be used as grounds for claims or complaints.
- The renter is NOT permitted to assign or transfer the rental agreement to a third party under any circumstances.
Fuel Policy:
- The vehicle is delivered with a full tank of fuel and must be returned fully refueled.
- If the vehicle is returned with less than a full tank, a flat refueling service charge of €20 will apply, in addition to the cost of the missing fuel at the current market price.
Travelling Abroad
- Travel within Greece is permitted without restrictions.
- International travel is only allowed with prior request and written approval.
- For any trip outside Greek borders, the renter must first obtain the lessor’s permission and arrange special cross-border insurance coverage.
- Travel to war zones or areas affected by natural disasters is strictly prohibited.
Storage and Passing on of Personal Data
The lessor reserves the right to share relevant data with third parties through a central alert system, provided they have a legitimate interest. This may occur in cases where the information provided during the rental process is materially false, the vehicle is not returned within 24 hours after the agreed rental period (including any approved extensions), legal proceedings are required to recover outstanding rental payments, or if bills of exchange are protested.
Furthermore, data may be disclosed to the appropriate authorities responsible for investigating legal violations and criminal offenses, especially if there is evidence of dishonest behavior by the renter. This includes, but is not limited to, providing false rental information, presenting fraudulent or reported-lost identification documents, failing to return the vehicle, neglecting to report technical issues, and committing traffic offenses.
The company also reserves the right to install a GPS tracking system in its vehicles for safety, security, and operational purposes.
Place of Jurisdiction
All disputes arising from or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the registered office of the lessor.
